Connection’s Building Team is made up of a core building team and 10 sub teams. The core building team is comprised of the following:
- Team Leader - Deb Hartwick
- Pastors – Kari and Alan Jones
- Finance – Mike Rottina
- Trustee – Sheldon Smith
- DALLC – Martin Dusbiber
The 10 sub teams each have a team leader and 5-8 members. Each of the sub teams is listed below. The sub teams are responsible for brainstorming and analyzing Connection’s needs with regards to their specific area.
Site Master Planning Team
Chair: Murray Drummond
(Responsible for considering needs of the property from the exterior walls out : everything that will be around the building on the land. For example, parking.)
Campus Operations Team
Chair: Frank Reed
(Responsible for considering needs for the operation of the church. For example, offices, maintenance, etc.)
Fundraising Team
Chair: Penny Reuss
(Responsible for planning how to finance and fund the building.)
Fellowship Team
Chair: Barb Rottina
(Responsible for considering needs for all fellowshipping in the church. For example, community space, lobby, etc.)
Spiritual Formations Children Team
Chair: Kathy Reed
(Responsible for considering needs for spiritual formation of children. For example, classrooms, etc.)
Spiritual Formations Youth Team

(Responsible for considering needs for spiritual formation of youth. For example, classrooms, etc.)
